Shipping policy

At Argent Craft, you have the option to have your goods shipped to you or you may collect them from any one of our stores.

Shipping Information

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes – please use your residential or work address.

Products are usually dispatched between one (1) and five (5) working days after your payment has been confirmed and stock availabilty has been confirmed.
Payment confirmation usually takes place either the same day you make payment, or the following morning.
Shipping speeds depend on stock levels. Shipping times are an estimate and are not guaranteed.
If an item is out of stock or there is a delay with our supplier, we will notify you.
Outlying areas may experience delayed shipping. If a delivery is delayed for any reason, the customer will be contacted via our courier partner.
Shipping times are applicable only after the item has been dispatched. For example: If you select express shipping delivery before 4pm the next day, it works as follows: If you place your order on a Monday, and the item is in stock and we dispatch your package on the next day Tuesday (that is, our courier partner collects it on this day), your item will be delivered before 4pm on the following Wednesday. If you are in an outlying area it may take an extra day.
Please note: Delivery times depends on our courier. We cannot control how long they take to deliver and the speed at which they deliver at.
If a product is not immediately available, the customer will be contacted and given the option of placing a back order for the product or a refund.

Shipping is calculated based on your address and the weight of your items in your cart as well as the dimensions of the items.
We ship to all destinations in South Africa. Our system is integrated with our courier partner and gives you real time shipping costs.

Store Collections:

Upon checkout, you have the option to collect your items from any one of our stores.
When collecting an item, please bring along your invoice and ID Book or Driver's license.
The name on your invoice and ID or Driver's license should match.
If you are sending someone on your behalf to collect your items, please first send us their details before they come to collect, and please send them with a copy of your invoice and your ID or Driver's license and they should bring along their ID or Driver's license.
We cannot give you your items if you do not bring along your invoice and ID or driver's license. No exceptions will be made. All payments must be cleared before collection.
